SakuMagang Privacy Policy

SakuMagang is an independent third-party Chrome extension that helps users save and manage internship listings on MagangHub.

Data We Process

SakuMagang processes:

Public internship listing information from MagangHub, such as the title, Organizer, listing location, Quota, Applicants, Batch, and Listing Status.
The detail URL of an internship listing selected by the user.
Notes and Application Status entered by the user.

How We Use Data

Data is used only to provide Favorites, Notes, Application Status, search, sorting, archiving, JSON export/import, and Listing Status refresh features.

Data is stored locally in the browser using Chrome Storage. SakuMagang does not have user accounts, a backend, telemetry, or analytics servers.

Network Access

When the user chooses Refresh, SakuMagang fetches the public internship detail page from MagangHub. The request does not include passwords, cookies, or login sessions.

SakuMagang does not read, store, or send SiapKerja credentials. SakuMagang does not send Favorites, Notes, or Application Status to a SakuMagang server.

Storage and Deletion

Data remains in the browser until the user deletes a Favorite, selects permanent deletion, clears the extension data, or uninstalls the extension. JSON export files remain under the user’s control.

Data Sharing

SakuMagang does not sell or share user data with third parties. Data is not used for advertising, profiling, credit decisions, or lending.

Refreshing a Favorite sends a request for its public detail page to MagangHub without credentials. If a user contacts support through GitHub Issues, GitHub processes the information they submit under GitHub’s own policies.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

SakuMagang’s use of information received from Chrome APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is used only to provide the extension’s disclosed user-facing features. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used for unrelated purposes.
